I was able to get warm before the WOD, but not entirely loose. Note to self: get up earlier!
The pull ups felt great. My pushups… wow. Strict, but slow. My shoulders were on fire after a few rounds so I went with situps to give my upper back a rest. Thrusters were rough, even at a lighter weight of 95#.
I got 8 rounds in, and started feeling a bit tweaked, so I called it a day. Really looking forward to getting back up to pace.
