Soooo nice to be back.

Warmup:
3 rounds of:

  • 250m row
  • 15 back ext
  • 15 sprawls
  • 15 jumping pull ups

TJ’s KB club:

  • did 10 turkish getups using 36# and 44# KBs, both hands
  • #44 is a PR, but I think I could get the 52# with the right hand at least
  • technique work on KB snatch, KB clean

WOD:
21-15-9 of:

  • 115# SDHP
  • ring dips
  • pull ups

The SDHP felt a bit heavy this morning. Thanks Toni for the call out on using my hips more. I got a few legit ring dips each round, but many involved a toe touch to get started at the bottom. Full ROM. Pull ups were fine, but couldn’t nail them unbroken today.
