Great lifting with Jake this morning. Crazy seeing folks putting up the big blue plates and beyond! The lifts felt good, but it does seem to be the hardest lift to improve strength on.
WOD
- 10 wall balls @ 20#
- 10 box jumps @ 24"
- 10 dead lift @ 185#
- 10 pull ups
I got 5 full rounds and a few reps short of a half of my 6th round. Wall balls felt great, unbroken. Box jumps and dead lifts in sets of 5 and pull ups unbroken. Had a moment of flashing lights, but it felt great to grind through this metcon.
