Great stretching warmup, then:

WOD:
4 rounds of:

  • 10 Rack Jerks 115/75
  • 10 Burpees
  • 400m Run

I warmed up with 95# for the rack jerks and stuck with it. My shoulders and upper back are still feeling a bit weak these days. I’m looking forward to focusing on strength in that area and these rack jerks seem to fit the bill.

The burpees were easier today than I would have thought, but was gassed from the jerks. My runs were slow this morning.

I was happy to see another neighbor in the gym this morning! Welcome Mordecai!
