Shoulder Press 75% 3×8 rest 1 min between sets
I went with very strict form and a lighter weight to get better at this movement. My shoulder press max is 125#, and unlike every other lift, hasn’t improved much at all. These sets felt great.
- 8 @ 65#
- 8 @ 75#
- 8 @ 75#
- 8 @ 75#
Then:
3 rounds at 2.5 minutes each with 1 minute rest of:
- 25 double unders
- front squats for max reps(m155#/w105#)
- 25 double unders
I didn’t notice the weight prescription on this until now. I did 135#. Would have loved to do pairs of 25 but would have never hit my squats, so I did pairs of 15 double-unders.
